What we've been up to...

I thought I would compile a bunch of recent pictures into one post since we have a lot of miscellaneous photos over the past few weeks.

Thursday we had a playdate with Matthew and his Mommy, Pam. We had to take Matthew for a ride with the girls in our choo choo. We do have FIVE cars, after all. I am pretty sure Matthew loved it. He and Baylee were squealing and laughing at each other the whole ride.

Today, we spent the day out at Gran and Grandaddy's house celebrating Grandaddy's and Uncle Adam's birthdays. The girls got their first taste of sweet chocolate cake :). I think you can see that they LOVED it! The next time they have cake will be at their 1st Birthday party! Yeay!

Triplet Bathtime!

Monday was the first day I was brave enough to have all three girls in the bath together at one time. They are sitting up really well now but Baylee wants to stand up or crawl around so I spent a lot of the time trying to keep her sitting down and her head out of the water. Here are a few pictures of our three cuties! If their faces look slightly orange to you (especially Addie Bear) it is from the solids they had for dinner, which ended up all over their faces.

Also, here are a few pictures of the girls with their oldest cousin, CJ, from the weekend we spent with family over July 4th. CJ loves the girls and they love him right back. He's so cute. He is getting some good experience playing with girls since his new baby sister is on the way.

Oh, and another update...Reagan no longer has to wear her helmet! She got it off last Tuesday and has been doing great since. We like to say that she is an overachiever because they originally told us it would be 4-6 months before she met her goals for reshaping her head, but she did it in 2! Great job, baby Reagan!

I am gearing up for their 1st birthday party and 1 year pictures. I can't wait to see them in their 1 year outfits...gonna be so cute!

Pop's 60th Birthday Surprise Party!

Saturday, July 10th we surprised my dad, the girls' Pop, with a birthday dinner at Bob's Steak and Chop House in Plano for his 60th birthday. Dad's business partner, Tom, invited Dad and Mom out to dinner Saturday with his wife so that was the story all along. Dad thought they were just going to dinner that night, but little did he know that he had a table full of friends and family waiting for him when he got there. :)

Pop's birthday is actually today, July 11th. Happy Birthday Dad! We love you!

4th of July and 10 Months Old!

After Brent and I returned from our trip to Oregon, we spent the 4th of July weekend at Grammy and Pop's house with our family including Gran and Grandaddy, Grammy and Pop, Aunt Missy and Uncle Clark, Aunt Mandy and Uncle Tim and cousins CJ, Mark and Peyton. We had a great time cooking out and spending time with family on this great holiday. Last year on the 4th, Brent and I were at home alone because I was on bedrest. I love spending the 4th with our family so that was really hard on me. This year, we celebrated with three precious baby girls! Since it rained Saturday night, we stayed an extra night at Grammy and Pop's so we could watch Uncle Clark's fireworks extravaganza and Butterfinger ice cream, a family tradition! It was great!

Baylee threw a huge fit when I tried to put her star clip in her hair so she doesn't have one in like the other girls...:) Her hair has gotten a wave to it like mine is naturally where Addie and Reagan's hair is super straight and getting pretty long on top.
